Bed Bath & Beyond set to close 150 stores

Moving is definitely a stressful part of life.

This store has always been a great address to find the items you need for your new apartment or your new house.

Sometimes it was just great to walk through the door and browse. It was always a great way to get ideas for this room, let’s be honest – we all have this room, which may have been overlooked for a while.

Unfortunately, we could see more of these stores disappear over the next two years.

Not to mention that this store has always been a lifesaver when you needed to go to a wedding or housewarming party.

Once again, Bed Bath & Beyond faces another round of closures as its struggles continue. Today the company announced that it will have to close approximately 150 stores nationwide.

If you recall, two years ago three sites in New Jersey were affected by closures. One, being here on the Jersey Shore at their Howell location.

The Shore still has several locations in full operation. These include Brick, Manahawkin, Eatontown and Manalapan.

“[Bed Bath & Beyond] saw his fortunes falter after trying to sell more of his brand or private label products. The COVID-19 pandemic, supply chain crisis and consumer pushback on purchases due to skyrocketing inflation also affected the chain’s sales. »
