COE hosts ballet performance | southwestern weather


WYTHEVILLE – The Roanoke Ballet Theater will perform to live music by the Rainier Trio and guest violinist Camellia Delk on Saturday, February 26 at 7 p.m. in the Snyder Auditorium at Wytheville Community College.

Back by popular demand, the group will perform new choreography to music from Antonio Vivaldi’s famous “The Four Seasons”, Mendelssohn’s “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” and Copland’s “Hoe-down”. Rodeo. The performance had to be postponed to January. Come early as this performance was nearly sold out.

Members of Roanoke Ballet Theater have extensive training and experience with the company, as well as other companies, and have danced professionally at various levels. The company performs primarily on the main stage and in the studio in Roanoke with occasional touring collaborations in and around the Roanoke Valley.

Admission is free, but donations are accepted to support artists and the Wytheville Community College Food Bank.
