“WHAT for children! From the Wellfleet Harbor Actors Theater presents “The Tale of Ibis”, written and directed by Jody O’Neil. From July 5 to August 12. CELEBRATION OF THE 150TH BIRTHDAY OF MARCEL PROUST: 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, July 10, on the lawn of the Provincetown Public Library at 356 Commercial Street. The French author is best known for his largely autobiographical novel “In Search of Lost Time”, published in seven volumes between 1913 and 1927. Proust enthusiast Derek McCormack will lead an informal reading of some of the most moving and lyrical passages of Proust. Everyone is welcome to attend.
