The RECORDING ACADEMY Pres./PDG HARVEY MASON JR. appointed VALEISHA BUTTERFIELD JONES and PANOS A. PANAY as co-chairs. Nominations are effective on 16 AOT. The duo join the new COO BRANDEN CHAPMAN and the Chief Industry Officer RUBY MARCHARD within the modernized management team of THE RECORDING ACADEMY.

As Co-Chair, BUTTERFIELD JONES will continue to oversee the diversity, equity and inclusion efforts of the RECORDING ACADEMY, as well as the people and culture, membership, awards, advocacy and related initiatives.

PANAY will act as Co-Chair and Director of Revenue, responsible for driving business growth across the organization.
