The Twilight Theater in Greensburg will be closed this weekend due to a lack of movies the Twilight family wants to see.

“We will be having BINGO on Friday, November 4 at 7 p.m.,” manager George Ryan said. “Progressive BINGO game is now priced at $450.00.”

In honor of VETERENS DAY, Ryan said the Twilight will have a free screening of the PG-rated film “TAKING CHANCE” sponsored by the American Legion Posts of Haviland & Greensburg on Thursday, November 10 at 7:30 p.m.

“Please lead your families to remember our brave veterans and all they sacrificed for us and our country,” Ryan said.

On Friday, November 11 at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday morning, November 13, the new film BLACK PANTHER WAKANDA FOREVER will be screened, generously sponsored by TRIPLE L RANCH.

On Saturday, November 12 at 7:30 p.m., the Miss Southern Kansas Organization will present Live on The Twilight Stage, featuring the 2023 Miss Southern, Miss Kiowa County, Miss Southern Plains, Miss Cottonwood Scholarship Pageants.

Miss Kiowa County 2021 Ayanna Hensley was then crowned Miss Kansas 2022 at Pratt Community College in June. Local Greensburg pageants have returned to the Twilight stage thanks to the efforts of Jennifer Rodriguez and many volunteers!

Tickets for Saturday’s events are available at Homestead Insurance on South Main Street, Kooks Meats and at the door that evening. General admission $10 (doors open at 7 p.m.).
